This policy explains how the Neospot app for iPhone (“Neospot”, “the app”, “we”) handles information. It applies to the app and to this website.
Information stored on your device
To save your game, the app keeps the following on your iPhone only:
- the player name and avatar you choose,
- your coin and gem balances, level and experience,
- game statistics such as rounds played and biggest win,
- unlocked achievements and bonus timers,
- your sound, music and haptics settings.
This information never leaves your device through us. You can erase it at any time with Profile › Settings › Reset progress, or by deleting the app. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, Apple may include this data in your device backup under Apple's own terms.
Information we collect
None. Neospot has no user accounts, no sign-up and no servers of its own. We don't collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, advertising identifier or any other personal data.
Game Center
If you're signed in to Game Center, the app submits your level and total winnings to Neospot leaderboards and reports the achievements you unlock. This data is sent to and handled by Apple, and other players may see your Game Center nickname and scores on the leaderboards. Apple's use of it is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy. You can stop sharing at any time by signing out of Game Center in your iPhone's Settings.
Advertising, analytics and tracking
The app contains no ads, no analytics tools and no third-party tracking code. It doesn't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash reports and usage statistics. These don't identify you.
Purchases
Neospot doesn't currently sell anything. Coins and gems are earned only by playing. If in-app purchases are added in the future, Apple will process the payments and we will never receive your payment details. We'll update this policy before that happens.
Virtual currency
Neospot is a social casino for entertainment. It doesn't offer real-money gambling or any chance to win money or prizes. Coins and gems have no cash value and can't be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred.
Age
Neospot is intended for adults aged 18 and over and isn't directed at children. Because we don't collect personal data, we don't knowingly hold information about anyone, including children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or CCPA give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because all Neospot data stays on your device, you can view, change or delete it directly in the app. For any question about your data, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
